Administrative history

Following the success of the Chester Perry brand in Italy and overseas during the early 1970s, English clothing brands Chester Barry and Fred Perry simultaneously took legal action against the use of their names. In order to avoid a lengthy legal case, Massimo Osti soon changed the brand’s name to C.P. Company.
