History
A-Cold-Wall* was founded in 2015 by black British designer Samuel Ross (1991-). He was born in Brixton and studied graphic design at De Montfort University in Leicester after growing up in Wellingborough, a small town in Northamptonshire. After interning and working on projects with Virgil Abloh, he launched his own label. His work is inspired by race, class and architecture. Ross was named the Fashion Award's 2018 British Emerging Designer and was a finalist for the LVMH Prize and the ANDAM Award.
